Nike Air Flow Anthracite

Here’s a look at an upcoming murdered out colorway of the Air Flow.  Usually in bright pop colors, this version has a monochromatic upper on a clean white midsole.  Look for these to drop in the upcoming weeks.

nonnative x New Balance CM997HNN 'Dune'

Nonnative does an earthy take on the CM997HNN.  A solid mixture of leather, mesh, and suede in sand tones is popped by royal blue midsole details.  Look for these at select NB retailers in late January. @theschulmaniac

Kith x Asics Gel Saga II "Mazarine Blue"

Kith ends the year on another Asics collab.  Keeping with their formula, this Saga has a tonal suede upper and contrasting black midsole.  These officially drop on the 29th.  Where do these match up with previous kith x asics collabs? @theschulmaniac

Nike Air Max 90 Orange/ Burgundy

It’s hard to go wrong with simple color-blocking and proper usage of mesh, suede, and leather on a pair of 90’s. This colorway is available now at select retailers and is a definite cop for all Hokies fans. @theschulmaniac

Mita x New Balance ML581

Along side collabs from Bodega, 24 Kilates, and Kasina, this Mita collab keeps the under-utilized ML581 super clean in off-white tones.  This easy colorway could be a great addition for the summer rotation with it’s breathable mesh liner and toe box. Burn Rubber x New Balance 580 "Workforce Pack"

D-Town retailer Burn Rubber teams up with New Balance on another iteration of the 580.  This go around, called the “Workforce Pack,” includes one white collar and one blue collar pair.  Both decked out in premium materials and fairly neutral colorways, these are ready for whatever job is thrown at them. Nike Huarache Free

Both the original huarache runner and basketball shoes get an updated free midsole.   While some are against the idea of hybrids, these two are tastefully done and maintain the light-weight ethos that embodied the original Huaraches.  These hybrids look clean in original colorways and will be available at select NSW retailers on Saturday. @theschulmaniac

Solebox x Asics

We saw the black and light blue Gel Lyte III’s and Gel Saga ll’s a while back, but here is a new teaser that features the same light blue on a grey based set of Asics.  Again the Gel Lyte III and Gel Saga II’s are the silhouettes of choice. Asics 2012 Preview

Here’s a look at what Asics is dropping first quarter of 2012.  All these styles feature clean, simple colorways that true Asics heads will definitely appreciate.  While the Gel Saga II gets some OG colorway treatment, the Gel Lyte III gets a fresh black/infrared/ grey make-up.  All of these are looking good, and it seems like Asics is going to continue dropping heat through next year on...
